After the surprising Game 1 victory for the Clippers, there was a tiny bit of speculation as to how far this Suns team could go in the 2023 NBA Playoffs.
Well, it seems they took that doubt personally.
The Suns have rattled off 3 in a row and put the Clippers on the brink of elimination tonight.
The Clippers were dealt a big blow with the loss of Kawhi Leonard after Game 1, and haven't had his services since then. And it has showed.
The Clippers lost Game 2 and Game 4 by 12+ points and just couldn't handle the Suns one two punch of Kevin Durant and Devin Booker.
Durant has been awesome, showing that he is healthy and ready to contribute to helping the Suns push towards the finals.
Tonight, Durant and Booker will shine brightly once again and help push the Suns to Round 2.
But, at the high number, give me Clippers to cover the spread.
Russell Westbrook has been awesome the past 3 games in Kawhi's absence and he won't go down without a fight.
12 feels like too many points. Give me the Clippers.
