We are in for a treat tonight at Golden 1 Center as the Celtics, struggling on their current long road trip, take on the Kings coming back home after a 4 game road trip.

The Celtics are 2-3 in their last 5 games, all on the road, and just lost a nail bitter to the Jazz 2 nights ago, 118-117.

Jayson Tatum and the boys in Boston currently sit 2nd in the East, 2.5 games back from the top dog Milwaukee Bucks but only a half game in front of the 3rd place Sixers.

It is very tight at the top of the East and every game for the Celtics is becoming paramount.

For the Kings, they have enjoyed nice little stretch, winning 7 of their last 10 and 3 of their last 4.

They lost last night to the Jazz in Utah, 128-120 to cap off a 4 game road trip, which saw them win 3 of the first 4 games.

De'Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis have been simply sensational for the Kings all season, but especially over the past month.

Both studs for the Kings will have to be fantastic yet again tonight and I expect them to shine brightly in this big matchup with one of the best teams in the NBA.

While I think Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and company get the job done, it won't be easy.

I love the Kings to cover the spread and keep this game close all night long.

They might even win outright.

But for me, I am taking the points and will enjoy watching this playoff atmosphere in Sacramento tonight!
