It is sometimes difficult to get a read on two teams that just played and are facing off again a few days later.

Tonight feels like easier to dissect, though, as I love the Heat in this spot to get the job done.

But it is not because of recent success or statistical data…if anything, all those numbers are pointing more towards the Cavs to cover and possibly win outright.

The Heat have been awful ATS over the past 9 at home and just lost by 4 to this same Cavs squad 2 nights ago but I like them tonight to get the job done.

The Heat are 3-7 in their last 10 so again, I don't blame you for not wanting to ride with the boys in Miami.

But the fact that the Cavaliers just won and are 6-4 in their last 10 but the line is in favor of the Heat at home is very telling.

I am not going to take the tasty bait on the Cavs +2 and trust Jimmy Butler and the boys to get the job done at home.

It's going to be sweaty, but sometimes a little sweat is good for you.
