We're deep into Round 1 of the NBA Playoffs and we've already seen a few big upsets. Five of the eight quarterfinal matchups are tied at one game a piece and all eight are about to see a change in venue.
We've got a ton to talk about tonight, let's jump straight into it.
For additional information on picks, props, money lines and more on today's NBA slate, take a look at our NBA Picks Page or our NBA Odds Page.
Five first-round playoff series are tied 1-1, matching the most under the current format (since 1984) and marking the first time since 2014.

Today's Best Bets

Jonathan Kuminga o20.5 PRA (-110) | Lucky Rebel
The Atlanta Hawks stole one on the road the other night and a ton of credit needs to go Head Coach Quinn Snyder. The Hawks entered the fourth quarter down double digits, staring down the barrel of a 0-2 start to the series.
Dyson Daniels is Atlanta's best defender but his offensive gaps have only been more glaring in the postseason. Daniels is shooting 33% from the field so far in this series and most of his shot attempts have come from the paint. It feels like there's a lid on the basket but only for Daniels.
In Game 2 we saw Coach Quinn make the necessary adjustments. Jonathan Kuminga played 35 minutes in Game 2, nearly 10 more than he played in the first game. Kuminga's size and speed gives the Hawks someone that can score at the hoop, while also not giving up to much on the defensive side.
The move to Kuminga resulted in 19 points for the former Warrior, a win for the Hawks and a 1-1 series tie for both teams. Tonight I'm expecting more Kuminga and I can't wait to see how the Knicks adjust.

Nikola Jokic o1.5 3s (-134) | Lucky Rebel
This is about as much juice as I'm willing to take normally, but Jokić simply needs to be better from the perimeter. Through two games in this series, the Minnesota Timberwolves have been daring Jokić to take a three and the Serbian has been ice cold.
Joker's played 40+ minutes in both games so far. He's taken 19+ shots in both games and attempted 7s in each of them.
Jokić just shoots more 3s against Rudy Gobert and so far in this series, he's shooting well below his 38% season average.
The Timberwolves are going to continue giving those shots up to Jokić, it's on him to make them.

Jalen Brunson o6.5 Assists (-105) | Lucky Rebel
Like I said above, the Knicks blew a double digit fourth quarter lead and the blame lies on their two superstars; Karl-Anthony Towns and Jalen Brunson. Brunson scored 10 points in the fourth, but went 3/8 from the field and without a single assist.
In the fourth quarter of Game 1, Towns scored 11 points, was perfect from the field (4/4) and the Knicks managed to close out the Hawks. Compare that to Game 2, KAT had just two shot attempts and finished the quarter without recording a single stat.
You have to involve your big man and make sure to keep him bought in. It's a PG's responsibility to help his big man succeed and it was something Brunson did not do in Game 2. If the Knicks offense is going to work at it's best, Brunon's going to need step up and do more than just score the ball.
Brunson's also hit this line in 17 of his last 20 games overall, including both games in this series.
