VIP Play, formerly known as KeyStar Corp, has inked a partnership deal with White Hat Gaming as part of the former's goal of expanding the real money online casino market in the U.S. The partnership will see White Hat Gaming effectively becoming VIP Play's online platform in Tennessee under the ZenSports branding.

Back in 2022, VIP Play acquired the assets of the ZenSports platform, and has been operating in the Volunteer State as ZenSports since July 2023. Majority of VIP Play's offerings are under sports wagering, and their partnership with White Hat Gaming will upgrade their platform and add a number of quality-of-life improvements in coordination with their own proprietary technology & Kambi Turnkey Sportsbook.

As part of the terms of the partnership, VIP Play will integrate White Hat's PAM platform solution into VIP Play's current proprietary technology platform. Moreover, in conjunction with VIP Play's recent announcement with Kambi Group, White Hat Gaming will power VIP Play in multiple states, combining the collective strengths of industry leading partners with their iGaming platforms as part of their goal to tap into U.S. markets where the best online casinos operate.

Apart from this, VIP Play shall build additional features and gamification on top of both licensed software platforms to differentiate from existing competitors.
