The UEFA Champions League is back as the Quarterfinals happen today with the 2nd leg of action! Between four matches today and tomorrow, we will have our UCL Field narrowed down to just four remaining teams.
In the UEFA Champions League today we have:
- Barcelona vs PSG
- Borussia Dortmund vs Atlético Madrid
Let's break these games down and find our best bets!

Can Lewandowski lead Barcelona to a UCL Semifinal?

Tonight at home, I trust Barcelona to get the job done and punch their ticket to the UEFA Champions League Semifinals, something they have not done since the 2018-2019 season.
Barcelona already did the hard part. They went into France and beat PSG outright to claim a 3-2 aggregate lead going into this match back in Spain. Xavi will certainly not take his foot off the gas, and ultimately I expect Barcelona to win this game as well.
However, with them already being ahead, I will be a bit soft and take them on the Draw No Bet line at (-150). This gives us a little cushion if they come out super conservative against PSG's offensive firepower, plus a push never hurt anybody.
Give me Barca and the boys to get it done, sending Mbappe off into the sunset, ironically, most likely to La Liga next season as a member of Real Madrid.

Can Dortmund dig themselves out of the aggregate hole at home?
Best Bet: Dortmund/Atlético Under 3 (-120) Bovada

Right hand up, I bet the Under 3 in the 1st leg and suffered a gross push as Dortmund netted a goal in the 81st minute. However, I see something similar happening.
Dortmund's late goal can heavily be attributed to Atlético playing very, very defensive, trying to possess and play keep away for most of the 2nd half. Eventually with their attack, Dortmund was able to find the back of the net, and bring the aggregate deficit to just one goal. Now back in Germany Dortmund will come ready to play in this UEFA Champions League Quarterfinal.
One could also argue that Atlético's first goal was a cheap one, as they pressed high, causing the goalkeeper to make an errant pass, leading to a Rodrigo De Paul goal in the 4th minute. With that in mind, I think we see defense come to play, keeping this game under 3.
Atlético Madrid should come out on their heels, parking the bus and trying to limit Dortmund's attack. They certainly have the personnel to do such a thing, however with Dortmund's counter attack at home, Madrid may have their work cut out for them.
Being back at home and up 3-2 on aggregate, I expect Barcelona to do enough to win this game. PSG is demoralized after that home loss and the eventual departure of their stud, Mbappé, so give me Barcelona to handle business and get the win tonight.
Going back to the play that got us a push in the first leg, I think we see defenses show out. There were a couple of flukey goals in the first match, so tonight I think we see the Soccer Gods even it out. Give me defenses and a low scoring bout tonight.
