Paris Saint-Germain destroyed Inter Milan in last year's UEFA Champions League Title match by a score of 5-0, and now they are well on their way to defending that title. However, this EPL side certainly has the talent to compete, if they can all show up and start moving in the same direction as a unit. Ultimately, I have lost faith in Liverpool this season, but let's check out our analysts' picks as they take on PSG today on the road.

The most recent meetings between these teams happened in last year's UEFA Champions League competition, roughly 13 months ago. They met in the Round of 16, and in both legs, the road team won by a score of 1-0. I will be on the hosts on a very playable moneyline. PSG is the better team, in better form, at home. Plain and simple, let's not overthink this. Virgil Van Dijk does not control the back line like he used to for Liverpool. They have plenty of holes they need to fill, and he might be on the tail end of his career (I refuse to use the term "washed"). Mo Salah seems completely checked out as he will be making a move somewhere else this summer. Overall, this English side simply lacks motivation in my eyes.
PSG does not. They have won four straight matches, including beating Chelsea by three in each leg of the Round of 16. Now they go up against another EPL opponent who is further down in the standings than the Blues. That should make this easier, right?
Just looking at the overall betting odds to win the entire UCL should show you who wins this game. Right now, on Lucky Rebel Sportsbook, PSG is listed at +500 to win the UCL, the fourth betting favorite. Liverpool is right behind them as they sit fifth on the list, but their odds are priced at +1200.
