The MLS Season is back underway, so let's discuss some of our best bets for today, Saturday, March 2nd, 2024.
We have 13 games throughout the day with plenty of spots to take advantage of. Let's dive in.

New York City FC vs St. Louis City SC

I have no problem backing City SC after a draw last weekend. After playing to a stalemate for 70 minutes, St. Louis City conceded a goal before securing an equalizer just 5 minutes later to snag a point.
This club showed they could battle against adversity, especially after their impressive season last year as the new kids in the league. New York City looked very deflated on the road against Charlotte, and a 1-0 loss to open the season can be demoralizing.
At this price, it's too tempting not to take a stab at the much more talented St. Louis City squad. In years past, NYCFC has shown clear signs of struggle on the road, and I think that will continue tonight.
Give me City SC on the ML for their first win of the season!
Austin FC vs Seattle Sounders

I think Seattle shows out tonight with a dominant win in front of their home crowd. The Sounders lost their opener at LAFC who is an extremely tough opponent. Tonight they can regroup against an inferior opponent.
Now, Austin FC lost their opener to Minnesota United as well, but they were at home. Gyasi Zardes is in charge of producing much of the offense, but that's a tall task for 32 year old that doesn't have much help up top.
Seattle saw the signing of Pedro de la Vega immediately make an impact has he scored their lone goal in Los Angeles after coming off the bench. Pairing him up top with veteran Jordan Morris and Raúl Ruidíaz could be very deadly for opposing backlines.
I trust Seattle to use their high powered offense at home to secure a dominant win over Austin FC and get their season back on track.
