Anyone in the mood for some midweek MLS? Because Major League Soccer has given us a 13-match slate on Wednesday to help get us through hump day. Typically we only see betting boards this big on the weekend with American soccer, but nevertheless, we have tons of matches to dive into today. Let's get right into it and see if we can continue our early season success.

Major League Soccer: Wednesday's Predictions

New York Red Bulls vs Nashville SC Best Bets

Best Bet: Nashville ML (-109) BetOnline

BetOnline is giving us the best number on the market for Nashville, as most books have this priced at -115 to -120. This team is so incredible at home, and they've been very streaky as of recently. This team has won two straight overall, and four straight at GEODIS Park this season.

In all competitions at home this year, Nashville is 6-2-1, outscoring their opponents 18-6 in the process, and only losing once. They already lost to this Red Bulls team in their second match of the season on the road, 2-0. This is a classic "revenge spot at home" and if there's any team that benefits from home-field advantage, it's Nashville. The team from Music City is 5-2-1 at home and 1-1-3 on the road in MLS play.

As for the Red Bulls, they are coming off a 7-0 shutout win against the Galaxy at home and a 4-1 U.S. Open Cup win, but this team struggles against top competition and on the road. They lost in Miami 4-1, played Orlando to a scoreless draw, and lost 2-1 against the Revolution. In the previous matchup, the Red Bulls netted two early goals and never looked back, even though Nashville won the corner kick battle and controlled more possession. Back at home, this team is equipped to secure a revenge victory, and I'll bet on them doing so.

Prediction: Nashville Wins 1-0 (+650)

Seattle Sounders vs LAFC Best Bets

Best Bets: Over 2.5 (-102) BetOnline

We're backing goals in this game. We've got two of the best offensive teams going at it, and they aren't too great on the defensive side of things. Let me give you the numbers. In 12 matches this year, the Sounders are scoring over 1.67 goals per match, but are conceding 1.17 as well. As for the visitors, they have netted 1.58 per contest and allowed 1.5. Should be no problem getting over 2.5, right?

The Sounders offense is firing, scoring 12 goals in their past five matches, including coming off a 3-1 victory against Houston. LA has been involved in some very high scoring affairs. Three of their last four matches have ended with four or more goals, plus five of their last six have seen at least three, clearing this 2.5 number. I don't hate Both Teams to Score at (-128) either, just in case we see a 1-1 draw, however I see at least someone netting multiple goals. Earlier this year in Seattle, the Sounders took down LAFC at home in a seven goal thriller, winning 5-2.

While defense will be a priority for our hosts, I certainly see both teams being able to find the back of the net to get us over this number.

Prediction: Draw 2-2 (+1300)
