Coming off a 2-2 draw vs the Galaxy, St. Louis City looks to continue its magical run. For an expansion team, they are doing things that have never been done by one.

They currently have 48 points, which leads the Western Conference and ties 2nd in the whole league. St. Louis City currently leads the West by 7-points over the Seattle Sounders and 8-points over Los Angeles FC.

St. Louis City has scored a goal in 23 of the 28 matches they've played. Adeniran has scored the opening goal of their last 2 matches.

City SC absolutely dominated the 1st matchup vs the Dynamos, but that was a home game. They are only 4-4-2 on the road vs Western Conference teams, so they don't have a great track record.

Home field is so important in soccer, and you can even see by the lines that the sportsbook take it into account. In my opinion though, Houston is going to have to do a lot to get the win and not draw.

Getting a goal cushion at plus money seems almost too good to be true, but we're going to roll with it. St. Louis City has shown they can contend with the best in the league and can win regardless of where they play.

I'll be taking the spread and definitely sprinkling the Moneyline because there is a strong chance St. Louis City plays spoiler and ends the Dynamos win streak.

St. Louis City ranks 4th in the league for shots on target, 1st for tackle attempts and 2nd in tackles succeeded. Most importantly, they rank 2nd in the league for goals scored with 2 per game.
