EPL
Welcome back to morning soccer, which for anyone who tunes in regularly, are my favorite. To kick of the Saturday slate, we have Liverpool hosting Everton for the Merseyside Derby. This will be the first time they play this season, but last year Liverpool only won 1-0.
Liverpool is 4-0-0 to start the year and first in the league. The defending champs have looked great and have made some major changes. In the offseason, they brought in Alexander Isak from Newcastle, Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen and Hugo Ekitike from Eintracht Frankfurt. All these guys are extremely good and being added to an already dangerous team.
Mo Salah still is the leader of this team. In the four games this season, he has 2 goals and 1 assist. Etikike also has 2 goals and an assist while Cody Gakpo has 8 shots and Dominik Szoboszlai has 7 shots. The efforts are coming from all around the team.
This team is coming into this game off an electric win over Atletico Madrid in UCL. They scored the winning goal in extra time and man it was exciting. Liverpool will try to have a more commanding lead in this game.

Everton off to a decent start with a tough matchup on their hands

Everton forward Jack Grealish claps after a foul call on the opposing team.
The boys in blue are having a better start to the season than one would've thought. They're currently 2-1-1 and 6th in the table. I know it's early, but maybe Everton is this year's Nottingham Forest.
Bringing in was brought in during the offseason from Manchester City and has made a splash. In the four games this season he has tallied four assists. His only two shots for the year were both on target as well. Just a matter of time until he nets one.
Iliman Ndiaye leads the team with 2 goals. He didn't score last game and one his goals was at home and the other away, so hard to tell if he's more comfortable at home. Otherwise, the scoring has been spread out of 1 goal apiece between three guys.
This will be an extremely tough match for Everton. It being on the road doesn't help at all and Anfield will be sold out. Let's check out the odds and get into the Liverpool vs. Everton picks.

Liverpool vs. Everton Picks and Predictions: Mo Salah Anytime Goal Scorer (-115) Get 50% up to $1000 Deposit on BetOnline for this pick
I think it's all Liverpool here. The moneyline isn't playable at that number and the -1.5 spread is +136. I don't hate sprinkling the spread due to the moneyline and the fact that I think this is a layup for Liverpool.
My play for the game is Mo Salah anytime goal for -115. Mo is finally returning to old form after a slow start. I think he nets at least one and also gets an assist off a Isak or Wirtz goal. His 2 or more goals at +450 is definitely something to think about, especially if he scores early. Then we'd just need a penalty kick that he'll most likely take.
I like for Alexander Isak to make his coming out party. He has yet to do anything, and a home game is a great spot to do so. His anytime goal is -115 and definitely worth playing. This guy is a proven sniper coming from Newcastle and a top goal scorer in the league.
