Arsenal (14-4-4) will host rival and league leader Liverpool (15-6-1) at Emirates Stadium. This is the 2nd time these 2 clubs meet in just about a month. Liverpool won that 1st match by a score of 2-0.
These 2 teams have had some great recent matches. Over their last 5 matches going back to 2022, Arsenal 1-2-2 with the loss last game and 2 draws prior to that.
The Gunners are 2-2-1 in their last 5 matchups and have won their last 2 games. They’ll hope to use that momentum going into this game against the Reds.
On offense, Arsenal is good. They rank in the top 5 for most offensive categories. Goals scored, shots attempted, shots on target, passes and passes attempted per game.
Gabriel Jesus and Bukayo Saka lead this Arsenal team. Jesus has 4 goals and 3 assists with 16 shots on target. Saka has 7 goals and 7 assists with 20 shots on target.
Defensively the Gunners have held their opponent to 2 goals or less in their last 9 games. They have a goal deferential of +23 so far this season as well.
Arsenal sits 3rd in the table behind Liverpool and Manchester City. Arsenal has the same number of points as Manchester City, but they have the tie breaker.
Can Liverpool get another win without Mo Salah again?
Mo Salah was first away representing his country of Egypt in the Africa Cup of Nations. They were eliminated but not before Salah suffered a hamstring injury.
He is still nursing the hamstring and rehabbing to get back. Already ruled out for tomorrow, the Reds hope to have him back in the next few games. He leads the team with 14 goals and 8 assists.
As much as you’d think he’d be missed, Liverpool has been flying. They’re on a 4-game winning streak with big wins over Chelsea and Norwich City in a FA Cup game.
Darwin Nunez has been stepping it up. He has 7 goals and 7 assists on the season and was injured in the beginning of the season. He has 1 goal and 1 assist over the 4-game win streak.
Liverpool is 1st in the table and have been in the top all season. They’ll be looking to carry their momentum into this game and keep on rolling. Let’s check out the odds and get into the picks.

Arsenal vs Liverpool Prediction, Odds and Picks
Prediction and Pick: Liverpool/Draw + Both Teams to Score (+135) Get 50% up to $750 Deposit on BETUS for this pick
This is going to be a good game. Both are top teams in the Premier League and of course have history. I think we see a slow, chess match if you will.
Regardless of the odds from the sportsbook, either team can easily win this game on a good day. Arsenal gets the edge because of the home field advantage.
Liverpool has been clicking without Salah, which is strange (lol). But either way, Liverpool has been winning games and I think they bring that right into this game.
They have a great chance of winning, which I lean with Liverpool, but this game can easily end in a draw. That’s why we’re taking the double chance option.
I do think both teams find the back of the net with their offenses, just not a lot. With my lean of Liverpool or a Draw plus both teams to score and we’re getting some plus money.
