Joao Hayashi has captured his first World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet after winning Event #15: $1,000 Rounder Cup Battle of the Continents. The Brazilian poker player defeated 1,022 entries to claim the title during the 2026 WSOP Online series.

Hayashi collected $164,990 for the victory, along with a $30,000 Super Pass. The pass gives him access to the $50 million-guaranteed 2026 WSOP Paradise Super Main Event.

The victory marks an important milestone in Hayashi's poker career. It also adds another strong result to Brazil's impressive campaign during the online portion of the 2026 WSOP.
