2025 CGWC Mechanics

The 2025 CGWC will be played on six-max tables in a No-Limit Hold'em format, with a $10,000 buy-in and 100BB starting stacks. All tables are completely rake-free, ensuring that players retain 100% of their winnings. 

The championship will feature both ante and non-ante tables running concurrently. Ante tables will have a 0.17BB ante per player, which totals 1BB for a full six-handed table. 

Leaderboard rankings will be based on EV $ Won, reflecting the skill and strategic performance of participants. Any heads-up hands played on CGWC tables will not count towards the leaderboard, keeping the competition fair. 

Additionally, for show tables, every winning hand will automatically be revealed. All players must participate in at least one CGWC show table before being allowed to play on other CGWC-branded tables.
