The Winter Poker Open kicks off on Feb. 4, 2026 at Champions Club Texas in Houston. The series runs through Feb. 17, offering 18 unique events and a rich prize schedule. 

Organizers expect a strong turnout, fueled by competitive buy-ins and generous guarantees. The festival starts with a $400 Monster Stack No-Limit Hold'em event with a $100,000 guarantee. A second opening day event, a $150 Nightly No-Limit Hold'em tournament, runs that evening.

Players can expect diverse formats throughout the series. Highlights include a $500 H.O.R.S.E. event and a $1,100 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship with at least $150,000 guaranteed. 

Additionally, high rollers will face off in a $2,500 No-Limit Hold'em event, while tag teams and seniors enjoy their own scheduled competitions.
