The Toronto Maple Leafs and Florida Panthers go head to head up north in order to settle this series once and for all, with someone securing their date with the Carolina Hurricanes in the Eastern Conference Finals. It's been a wild series between these teams, so let's break down how we got here.

After two games in Toronto, the Leafs were off to a roaring start. They won both matches at home, and extended their momentum into Game 3 as they led 3-1 early in the match. However they melted down and let Florida come screaming back in Game 3 at home. The Panthers then shutout the Leafs 2-0 in Game 4 to tie things up before heading back to Toronto.

In Game 5, it was all Florida. The Panthers absolutely dominated the Leafs from start to finish, eventually winning 6-1 on the road. Heading back to Sunrise for Game 6, I had absolutely no faith in the team from Toronto. However, the Maple Leafs rallied and pulled off a 2-0 victory of their own on the road, in order to force Game 7 back at home. Will the Leafs make it all worth it tonight? Or will Florida quit playing with their food and finish things off?

We've got quite the low total in this matchup as these teams square off for Game 7. This is all we could hope for as a hockey fan, and if I'm from Toronto, I am certainly feeling better than I did after Game 4 or 5. I was under the impression that the Ice Cats would win four straight and take down Toronto, as I did not expect them to lose at home at all this series.

Regardless, the Maple Leafs rallied and took them down in Sunrise, and earned a Game 7 matchup back at home. Toronto needs to have Scotiabank Arena absolutely rocking tonight if they want any shot at taking down the Panthers. The defending Stanley Cup Champions are not going to go down easy, and I think we are in for quite the thriller once again this evening.

Once again, let's back the Ice Cats. Sergei Bobrovsky has played rock solid for three straight in this series. Sure, he let in two goals on just 17 shots in Game 6 at home, but I trust the man between the posts to bounce back for the Panthers. And I can't say the same about the Leafs' tender.

Florida was limited to just 22 shots on goal in Game 6, the lowest of the entire postseason for them. I don't think that happens again. I see the Panthers coming out extremely aggressive in this matchup, which is why I am also sprinkling on the PL for half a unit as well.

The Panthers have shot nearly 30 SOGs per game this series, along with forcing Toronto to block 24 shots per game as well, including 31 last contest. Good things happen when you put the puck on net, and I expect the Ice Cats to have no problems doing so today in Toronto. I have little faith in the Leafs, and I think their season comes to an end tonight at home.
