Sunday brings us plenty of baseball on our screens. Let's dive in to our favorite MLB picks for today's slate and see if he can keep up the heater on the diamond. We've had a rock solid season so far, but betting baseball all summer long is an insane grind. All we can hope if that the winning percentage stays in this range for the entire season. Anything in the green is a success.

- Cincinnati Reds: LHP Andrew Abbott (4-4, 4.10 ERA, 1.41 WHIP)

Here we go again backing the Snakes against a left handed pitcher. Are you guys sick of this yet? Cause I'm sure not tired of winning.
Arizona's team batting average jumps from .238 all the way to .271 against left handed pitchers, which leads the entire MLB. Basically every time they face a lefty, we are going to back this team to win. They've only won one of their last five games overall, but they got a win over Nick Lodolo the other day (another lefty) and I think they can smack Abbott around.
Abbott's ERA increases to 5.15 at home and his WHIP jumps to 1.49. Plus he's allowed at least three earned runs in three consecutive starts, one of which was at home to the Kansas City Royals. The Diamondbacks are clearly better than the Royals at the plate this season, and Abbott is a walk happy pitcher.
As for Zac Gallen, I am much less worried about him against the Reds bats. Give me the Snakes to win.

- Los Angeles Dodgers: RHP Emmet Sheehan (3-3, 4.70 ERA, 1.21 WHIP)
- Chicago White Sox: RHP Erick Fedde (1-5, 4.69 ERA, 1.39 WHIP)
Best Bet: Dodgers -1.5 (-122) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook
We are simply fading Erick Fedde in this spot. The Dodgers ripped apart the White Sox yesterday, and Yoshinobu Yamamoto almost had a perfect game and a no hitter before he allowed a solo home run in the ninth inning. Point being, the White Sox bats have cooled down, the Dodger's bats have not.
I'll give Fedde his flowers for being better than normal over his last few starts, but he did give up eight earned runs to the Giants towards the end of May. He's also allowed a home run in seven of his last eight starts and 10 of his 12 overall this season. Emmet Sheehan hasn't been a complete stud this year, but he's allowed just two earned runs in each of his last three starts.
I trust the Los Angeles bats to give him the run support he needs to get the win tonight. Despite only being 3-2 in their last five games, the Dodgers are scoring 7.4 runs per contest during that stretch. They can easily put up the 5-6 needed to get this win on the road. As for Chicago, they have been squeaking out low scoring wins, I don't think they will be that lucky tonight.
