Pennsylvania's online gaming sector delivered another powerful performance in November 2025, posting a 21% year-over-year increase in revenue and signaling strong momentum for US online casinos. The results come as the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) reported overall robust gaming figures for the state. 

Pennsylvania Online Casinos Post Strong November 2025 Performance

Pennsylvania's US online casinos generated $242.7 million in adjusted gross revenue for November 2025, up sharply from November 2024. This gain reflects a 21.05% increase compared with the prior year period for digital casino gaming. 

The surge helped buoy statewide gaming figures in November, contributing to a broad record performance across all regulated gaming sectors. November 2025 also marked one of the highest overall monthly totals in 2025, with total gaming revenue topping $623.1 million, due in part to the strong online results. 

Throughout 2025, Pennsylvania's online casinos have been steadily climbing. Earlier months such as August and September also posted significant year-over-year increases in revenue, underscoring a pattern of continuous growth throughout the year. 

Breakdown of Online Casino Revenue in November 2025

According to the PGCB, Pennsylvania's online casino revenue in November 2025 broke down as follows:

Both online slots and table games posted double-digit growth compared with November 2024. Slot revenue climbed 24.69%, while table games revenue rose 11.10% year-over-year. 

Only US online sportsbooks wagering revenue, which jumped 27.56%, exceeded the growth rates seen in these online casino segments.

Despite the impressive performance of digital gaming, traditional retail casinos still outpaced online casinos in total monthly revenue. Retail slot and table game revenue combined reached $275,986,799 in November.

However, year-over-year results showed slight declines in those segments, with retail slot revenue down 0.13% and table games revenue decreasing 3.64%. 

Projections for Pennsylvania's Online Casinos in 2026

Looking ahead, analysts and industry watchers expect Pennsylvania's online casino sector to maintain strong growth into 2026. 

The consistent year-over-year increases seen in 2025 suggest continued expansion for US online casinos in the Keystone State. The state's regulatory landscape and robust player engagement are likely to support further monthly records.

Operators and regulators have also noted that online gaming trends nationwide continue to shift toward mobile access and innovative game offerings, which could further elevate Pennsylvania gambling and its position among the top digital gaming markets in the country.

If revenue growth persists at the current pace, Pennsylvania could close the year with record cumulative iGaming totals. This further narrows the gap with traditional retail gaming revenue and solidifies the state's role as a leader in regulated online gaming.
