NHL Preview and Best Bets (February 22): Lightning Look to Strike Back

Eddie Griffin

There are eight games on tonight’s NHL betting schedule, and we’ve got a pretty tasty tally of ties to take a look at.

The Carolina Hurricanes dominated the Tampa Bay Lightning in a 4-0 win on Saturday, and they will look to make another statement tonight. The Hurricanes are still just +1300 in the latest Stanley Cup odds, but wins like those, combined with their form in the first third of the season, indicate that maybe, just maybe they need to be considered on the same level as the likes of the Lightning, Boston Bruins, and Toronto Maple Leafs.
