Entain has expanded its partnership with Gaming Corps as both companies prepare for new opportunities in Canada's regulated online gaming sector. 

The agreement places a strong focus on the upcoming Alberta market, where licensed operators are getting ready for launch. As a result, Gaming Corps will strengthen its presence across Canada online casinos while supporting Entain's multi-brand strategy in newly regulated jurisdictions.

The expanded agreement builds on a relationship that began in 2022. Since then, Gaming Corps has gradually introduced its portfolio across Entain's brands in several regulated markets.

Now, the latest rollout positions both companies to capitalize on growing Alberta gambling opportunities as the province prepares to welcome private operators.

Entain and Gaming Corps Deepen Canadian Expansion

The expanded partnership gives Gaming Corps greater exposure across Entain's network of online gaming brands. While Canada remains the immediate priority, the agreement also supports launches in Brazil, Portugal, Spain, and New Zealand.

For Gaming Corps, Alberta represents another important milestone after establishing a foothold in Ontario. The developer will provide its portfolio of casino titles through BetMGM when Alberta's regulated iGaming market opens.

Gaming Corps' catalog includes popular titles such as Penalty Champion, Goals to Glory: Football Fever, Goals to Glory: Instant Blitz, and games from the 3 Pigs series. The studio has developed these products to help operators tailor content around major sporting events and local player preferences.

Partnership is Essential for Milestone Targets

Graham Greensmith, Chief Commercial Officer at Gaming Corps, highlighted the expansion as a massive milestone for the developer. He noted that scaling across Entain's multi-brand ecosystem serves as a clear validation of the trust and commercial value the two companies have built since 2022.

According to Greensmith, the true value of the deal lies in its scale, moving far beyond a standard single-brand rollout.

"Entain is continuing to take Gaming Corps content into more territories, across more of its brands, and that says a lot about where we are as a business," Greensmith said.

He added that the studio's ongoing strategy, focusing on flexible game formats, high-performing intellectual property, and event-driven content, was specifically built to give tier-one operators this level of adaptability. This makes Entain's continued backing incredibly rewarding for the team.

Obdulio Bacarese, Global Gaming Director at Entain, also praised the ongoing collaboration.

The rollout demonstrates how both companies are building on their Ontario success before expanding into Alberta. Following the provincial launch, Entain also plans to introduce Gaming Corps content through Party Casino and Sports Interaction, giving players broader access across its Canadian portfolio.

Alberta Prepares for Its Regulated iGaming Era

Alberta will officially launch its competitive iGaming market on July 13, becoming Canada's second regulated province for private online operators after Ontario.

Ahead of the launch, Alberta lawmakers approved the legal framework through the iGaming Alberta Act. Meanwhile, the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission finalized supplier licensing requirements and operational standards. 

Regulators also established a centralized market overseen by the Alberta iGaming Corporation, which will manage commercial agreements with licensed operators.

The province has also introduced some of Canada's strictest advertising standards. Operators cannot publicly advertise bonuses, free bets, or other gambling inducements. Instead, they may only share promotional offers through direct, consent-based communications with existing customers. 

The framework also requires responsible gambling messaging and introduces a province-wide centralized self-exclusion system from launch.

These safeguards aim to create a sustainable marketplace while protecting consumers. At the same time, they provide licensed operators with clear rules for entering one of North America's newest regulated gaming jurisdictions.

As Alberta prepares to open its doors, the expanded Entain and Gaming Corps partnership positions both companies to benefit from early market access. 

Their phased rollout also reflects broader industry confidence in Alberta's iGaming market. Many believe the province could become one of the leading destinations for Canada online casinos and future Alberta gambling growth.
