The MLB is back today with games across the entire league! We’re here to bring you our best bets in tonight’s games!
Here is how we did on the Diamond last season.

Now as last year was my first year seriously capping MLB, those were all 0.5u bets. This year, since we saw a bit of success, we will be betting everything MLB this year for a 1u flat bet, meaning I will risk 1u no matter the juice.

Two Team ML Parlay (+134)
Can the Twins win 10 in a row tonight?
- Minnesota Twins ML (-195)

We are backing two heavy road favorites today, but I’ve got faith they both get the job done.
Minnesota Twins
The Twins are currently on a 9 game winning streak, and are looking to sweep the White Sox for the second time in less than 2 weeks. Bailey Ober is starting for the Twins, and he brings a 1.05 WHIP to the mound. In his last four starts, that WHIP drops to 0.71, as Ober has given up just 4 runs on 11 hits and 6 walks in his last 24.1 innings pitched.
We are fading Chris Flexen of the White Sox, who actually had a phenomenal last start. He gave up just 2 hits and 3 walks to the Rays in 5 shutout innings. However, Flexen came in for a couple innings of relief against the Twins, giving up a home run and a walk in just 2.1 innings. While he has improved since his first few appearances of the season, I think this is the perfect time to fade this guy and back the team on the 9 game winning streak.
Philadelphia Phillies
Pairing with the Twins ML will be the Philadelphia Phillies who came through for us last night, and I think they do it again.
Zack Wheeler is on the bump and I’ve got no problem backing him and his 1.93 ERA and 0.88 WHIP. In his last two outings, Wheeler has pitched 13.1 shutout innings, allowing a combined 2 hits and 6 walks, while striking out 8 batters in each game. He’s dialed in right now. In this game to win the series, I’ve got to believe he the Phillies come to play.
Patrick Sandoval is pitching for the Angels, and just like yesterday, we know what happens to the Phillies bats on the road and against LHP. The Phillies team average jumps from .256 to .265 in away games, and all the way up to .271 against lefties. Sandoval has allowed a run in every single start, a home run in each of his L2, and has a 2.17 WHIP in his L2 games, allowing 11 total runs in 9.2 innings.
I think the Phillies continue some dominance on the West Coast tonight.
Washington Nationals vs Texas Rangers Best Bets
Corey Seager has a bit of a World Series Hangover this season
Pitching Matchup
- Washington Nationals: Trevor Williams (2-0, 2.70 ERA)
- Texas Rangers: Andrew Heaney (0-3, 6.26 ERA)
Best Bets: Rangers ML/Seager Hit (-110) BetOnline
I’ll back the defending World Series Champions at home and throw in a Corey Seager hit to get us to a reasonable price. Now, quite frankly, Heaney has not been great at all. The lefty has allowed multiple runs in every single start, but hasn’t given up too many hits. Despite his ERA that is north of 6.00, he has just a 1.26 WHIP, and hasn’t allowed more than 5 hits in a game. The problem has been the lack of run support he’s been getting, but I think that could change tonight.
Seager absolutely rips against Trevor Williams. He bats .357 in 14 at bats with 3 singles and 2 doubles for 2 RBIs. He has hits in 56% of games this year, 53% at home, and in 3 of his L4, including last night against Washington. Now he is only batting .236 this season, but that number jumps to .264 against RHP. I think this could be the start of Seager getting very hot for the Rangers.

Twins/Phillies ML Parlay (+134)
The easiest parlay on the board, just back two heavy favorites. The Twins are trying to win 10 games in a row and sweep the White Sox, while the Phillies look to win this series on the road against a lefty. I’ll ride with the Twins streak, and back Zack Wheeler to deal for the Phils against the Angels.
Rangers ML/Seager Hit Parlay (-110)
Even with Heaney on the mound, I think he gets the run support he needs tonight. Plus pitching at home is always much easier. Seager rips against Williams in 14 career at bats, and while he hasn’t done the greatest this season, he needs to come alive for Texas. I think that could be tonight.
