Atletico has beaten their foes outright in the past two head to head matches, but does that mean Real Madrid can get their revenge today? I'm not going to overthink this match, and simply take Real Madrid on the moneyline. Sure, they might win this in extra time or penalty kicks to advance, which would be a losing bet for us. However, given the extra motivation considering they haven't beat their biggest rival this year, I see them getting it done in 90 minutes.
Real Madrid ranks second in the league in goals scored, and are second in goals allowed as well. There's a big divide between the top four and the rest in this league, but Atletico is still involved in that top tier. But, they've lost their last two matches outright against teams in the top half of the league. They've been beating up on bottom tiers clubs, while Real Madrid has certainly been more tested.
Real Madrid have not lost in four straight since losing to Manchester City at home in the UEFA Champions League, and they've won seven of their last nine overall. I see them doing whatever it takes to win this tournament semifinal and set up a date with Barcelona in the SuperCopa Title.
