Tsachi Maimon Named RubyPlay CEO to Drive Global Growth

RubyPlay, the fast-growing B2B game development studio, has announced the appointment of Tsachi Maimon as its new Chief Executive Officer. 

He will officially assume the post on 1 October 2025. His mandate: steer RubyPlay through its next growth phase in the competitive world of online casinos and real money online casino offerings.

Maimon comes with nearly 20 years of experience in the global gaming sector. 

He previously served as CEO of Aspire Global, where he delivered consistent financial growth through strategic acquisitions of BtoBet and Paripla. Maimon also led the way with investments like End2End, all part of improving Aspire Global's assets. 

Following the Aspire Global acquisition by NeoGames, he became President and Head of iGaming for the combined group. 

Most recently, Maimon held the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Aristocrat Interactive after Aristocrat's acquisition of the entire business in 2024.

These leadership roles, especially in scaling operations, navigating mergers, and developing high-impact content, give him deep insight into what drives success in real money online casino markets. 

His track record suggests he understands both product innovation and operator partnerships in regulated jurisdictions.
