Chicago Bears, Penn Entertainment Sign Multi-Year Deal

Penn Entertainment has entered a multi-year partnership with the Chicago Bears, strengthening its footprint in the Illinois market. The deal designates Hollywood Casino Joliet and Hollywood Casino Aurora as the team's official casino partners, while ESPN BET Sportsbook becomes the Bears' official sports betting partner.

Under the agreement, Penn gains valuable entitlements, including in-stadium signage at Soldier Field, use of Bears intellectual property, and a unique in-game Hollywood Casino feature. 

Fans will also see expanded digital, media, and marketing integrations, along with exclusive experiences available through Penn's platforms.

Todd George, Executive Vice President of Operations at Penn Entertainment, highlighted the significance of the deal. He stated, "We're thrilled to announce this partnership in connection with the opening of our new state-of-the-art Joliet property and on the precipice of football season."

George added:

"Teaming up with one of the premier franchises in the NFL brings exciting new omnichannel marketing opportunities for our ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino brands. Through the partnership, we look forward to engaging a large and passionate audience at Soldier Field as well as across our online products and at the new property in the Chicagoland area."

Penn's Partnership with Chicago Bears

Penn continues to prioritize technology as it expands its reach. ESPN BET, now active in 20 U.S. jurisdictions including Illinois, recently launched FanCenter. The in-app hub delivers personalized wagering markets tied to users' favorite teams, players, and fantasy rosters.

With the Chicago Bears partnership, fans can expect greater access to online sportsbooks, sharper insights when making NFL picks, and more reliable tracking of NFL odds. The integration aims to create a seamless experience that connects team loyalty with betting engagement.

Construction also continues on Hollywood Casino Aurora, which is expected to open in the first half of 2026.
