<p>The Oakland A’s ended their 13 game losing streak to the Seattle Mariners last night. Their 7-5 victory was only the 3rd time they’ve come out on top in the last 10 games.</p>
<p>The A’s and Mariners have split the first two games of their three game series. Wednesday afternoon will decide who takes the series.</p>
<p>Both teams are currently fighting to stay out of last place in the AL West. The Mariners currently hold 4th by 0.5 games, and the loser this afternoon will either remain, or fall to last place in the division.</p>
<p>The A’s will send their best pitcher to the hill today to try and salvage a series win on the road after dropping Game 1. <p>Paul Blackburn will do the pitching for the A’s today. He has had a fabulous season so far, posting a 4-0 record.</p>
