<p>The German visitors are no slouch. They&#8217;ve netted 12 goals in three UCL matches while allowing seven. Four of those were allowed to Juventus in their exciting eight goal draw, but otherwise Dortmund has managed to net four against Athletic Club and FC København as well. This club is unbeaten in their last four matches, but have not faced the toughest of competition throughout the year. City will be one of their hardest opponents of the season. Are they ready?</p>
<p>The English hosts have found their stride. They&#8217;ve won five of their last six, and are unbeaten in 11 of their last 12 overall. City have conceded just two goals in their past six matches, and two in their last five at home (all wins). Surely they can keep up their fantastic form against a Dortmund side who has yet to be tested.</p>

<p>Sure, Dortmund&#8217;s offense has been very potent so far this season, especially in their three UCL matches. But Manchester City&#8217;s back line will be arguably the hardest they&#8217;ve seen all season long, besides only managing one shot on target against Munich. It might be a wake up call for the Germans who have been coasting in recent matches.</p>

<p>I think there&#8217;s plenty of good options to back City in this match, but I decided to go with the spread. You could take their ML and Haaland to score at -114, Man City ML and Under 4.5 at -104, or City 1H ML and FG ML at +110. The point is, I see the hosts getting the job done. They&#8217;ve been on fire, and I have very little faith in Dortmund&#8217;s back line.</p>
<p>Their toughest opponent yet this season was Bayern Munich, whom they lost to on the road. Munich controlled 61% of the ball, outshooting their foes 15-8 overall and 7-1 on target. Bayern took a one goal lead 22 minutes into the match and extended it in the 78&#8242; before Dortmund found one to make the score not as bad. Against Manchester City, I don&#8217;t see anything changing.</p>
<p>Earlier in the UCL on the road in Italy, Dortmund led Juventus 4-2 after an 86&#8242; minute penalty kick. They proceeded to allow not one, but two stoppage time goals to only earn a draw. City are deep, they have Erling Haaland up top, and I see them showing no mercy at home against Dortmund.</p>
